Chadi Y. Obeid
Founder and Managing partner
Chadi started his professional career in 1998 in the middle east, and his experience in the UAE market goes back to 2006.
Based on his strong academic background and wide experience in the business field on both accounting and managerial level, he established CYOAC in 2018 with the aim of providing comprehensive accounting and consulting services to SME’s.
Chadi got his BA in Economic – Accounting Division in September 1998 from Damascus University, and in June 2009 he got his Executive MBA from the University Paris Dauphine – France.
In February 2013 he became a Palladium Kaplan-Norton Balance Scorecard Certified Graduate, and in November 2013 he got a certificate from Maastricht School of Management MSM – Netherlands on the Consulting Process. In addition, he attended multiple short courses and seminars focused on managerial and accounting skills.
Chadi had the opportunity to diversify his accounting and financial experience to cover a wide range of business specialties such as trade, distribution, manufacturing, retail, maintenance and F&B.
Racha N. Bulhoson
Managing Director
Racha got her BA in Economic – Accounting Division in 2004 from Damascus University, and in 2015 She got her MBA from the University of Leicester – UK.
In 2017 she got her Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute CMI – UK.
Focusing on accounting and finance, Racha was involved in many business activities that strengthened her experience.
Being responsible for the finances of multiple companies, Racha gained important experience in the banking system and its complexity.
In addition, she has excessive experience dealing with international suppliers and accounting firms which allows her to deal with the international business needs and accounting standards.
